Polynucleotide Treatment to Treat Eczema

Did you know that Polynucleotide Treatment can help fight fine lines, wrinkles, and eczema?

I present the case of a 34-year-old woman with discoid eczema. She had been seen by a consultant dermatologist and was prescribed Eumovate ointment to be applied daily for two weeks, followed by a one-week break, and then repeated. Unfortunately, this approach didn’t show any results. Protopic 1% cream was also tried, without significant improvement. The patient was using regular moisturisers in addition to these treatments, but there was still no improvement. The rash, present on both cheeks, was understandably impacting her confidence and mental health.

We decided to use Polynucleotide Treatment to address the issue. How does it work? Polynucleotides (PN) have a hydrating effect by attracting moisture, restoring the extracellular matrix (ECM), and improving elasticity and skin tone. They also enhance vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) within skin tissue, which strengthens microcirculation and promotes DNA synthesis, aiding in skin tissue remodeling. As a result, they strengthen the skin barrier and have anti-inflammatory effects, improving erythema.

I recommended three sessions of the treatment, and the results are shown below. The first signs of progress were visible after the initial session. After completing all three sessions, significant improvement was achieved, and she regained her confidence. The patient now only uses regular moisturiser and no longer relies on steroid or topical creams.

If you have a similar condition, I am confident that Polynucleotide Treatment can help you, too.
